Weekly Specials offered at The Flying Pepper Cantina with spotlighted ingredients that are regularly sourced from food producers within 40 miles of Bellefontaine. With each Farm Fresh Food meal purchased, a contribution is made to the Logan County Farmers Market’s initiatives to continue to close the gap between access and utilization of food programs in Logan County.

From the beginning, The Flying Pepper Food Truck prioritized that ingredient be sourced from as close as possible to where the food is being served. Humberto, owner, wanted to share parts of his love of his life in Mexico with great access to fresh food markets each day as he and his family prepared for their dining experiences.
